Printing your order takes about 7-10 business days and shipping is usually about 2 weeks, but occasionally may take a little longer.

For best results, air out your sneakers outside for a day upon arrival.

Runs slightly small - Please use the size chart in the product images and be sure to measure your feet! To figure out what size to order, put on the socks you usually wear (and grab your orthotics, or special insoles if you use them.) Stand on a piece of paper and draw the outline of your foot. Then, measure the paper from toe to heel and choose the corresponding size on the size chart.

(I usually take size 8 to 9. I measured and ordered a size 9 and they fit very well.
