Please note returned items must be sent back new, unused and unwashed. Unfortunately refunds don't include shipping costs, or return shipping. If you received free shipping (on your order of $70 or more) we will return the full purchase price to you, as a courtesy. If you paid shipping for your order, unfortunately we cannot refund this to you.

READY-TO-SHIP ITEMS that are not created as a custom order may be returned for refund. The original item must be sent back new, unused, and unwashed. The buyer is responsible for any shipping charges or fees. Shipping charges or fees cannot be refunded.

CUSTOM ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. My guarantee is that the piece will match the final design you approved. Note that all handmade items will differ slightly from their photographs.
